Sunda New Asian is bringing back its popular Sushi Rolling Class on select dates this autumn. Here’s what to expect and where to grab tickets.
Ever wanted to be able to make sushi at home? How about learning the ropes from the award-winning chefs behind one of Chicago’s premier Asian restaurants?
Sunda’s exclusive sushi making class will teach guests how to craft their own rolls using ancient techniques. Guests will learn how to make three different kinds of rolls, all from scratch:
- Temaki – Hand-Rolled
- Futomaki – Fat-Rolled
- Uramaki – Inside-Out Rolled
Under personalized guidance, guests will experiment with delicious ingredients like fresh salmon, crispy shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, and delicate sushi rice.
The interactive culinary experience is hosted in a communal setting, creating an immersive and social atmosphere.
