Doroma Star Martini
- 2 oz Haku Vodka
- 1 oz Vanilla Passionfruit Syrup
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Yuzu Liqueur
- 2–3 dashes Fee Foam
Method: Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Finish: Top with a splash of Zipang Sparkling Sake. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
Sinigang Sour
- 2 oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
- 0.75 oz Tamarind Syrup
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled. Strain over an ice ball in a highball glass. Finish: Garnish with a cherry.
